Diller Teen Fellows is about growing. Because of the community that Diller has created, where we are asking ourselves these tough questions and we are learning in this productive environment. I think we all got really close, like surprisingly close, honestly. It’s more than just friendships, and it’s more than just hanging out. Like within this Jewish space, I have been able to grow as a person, and because other people are exploring their identities and they’re learning all these things about themselves, they help me grow and I help them grow. I am now a completely different leader, and I’m much more willing to take risks that I wasn’t able to in the past, and that’s what ultimately matters because I think that’s what’s gonna make my dreams and my goals of making the world a better place actually happen.
